Property Services of Grand Junction, Inc. was established in 1985 specializing in residential and commercial property management and leasing. We have grown to become one of the largest management/leasing companies in Mesa County. Our current portfolio contains approximately 700 units; the majority of the properties are residential dwellings, single and multi-family units.
We attribute our success to the personalized services our staff provides to both owners and tenants. With 75 years of combined experience, we have a great streamlined approach to managing and leasing properties efficiently. We provide a thorough process of qualifying prospective tenants, prompt handling of delinquencies, controlling and implementing maintenance orders in a cost efficient and timely manner.

Property Services of Grand Junction, Inc. has a staff of 7 full time employees, 5 of which are licensed brokers. We have a Property Manager, an Assistant Property Manager, 2 Maintenance Coordinators, a Leasing Agent, an Accountant, and a Receptionist/Secretary. We work together as a TEAM to ensure quality service to our owners and tenants.
