To qualify to rent from us:
- Applicants must have a combined, verifiable monthly net income of at least 2 times the amount of the monthly rent.
- Applicants must have good credit and landlord references.
- Co-signers are accepted and required for Properties allowing tenants 18-20 years of age.
- We do allow pets in many of our properties. Policies vary by Property. Please contact the office for more information.
- Some of these properties are occupied, DO NOT disturb our tenants. We will be happy to schedule an appointment once you have registered.
- Please drive by any properties that you are interested in prior to registering and setting up an appointment to see them.
- PET POLICY: There is a pet fee $25 per month, per pet and there is an additional refundable Pet Deposit of $300 per pet. Exceptions may vary per property.
